The story begins in a world behind where any trainer ever went, when a demon soul was born to Earth as a Poliwag, and a mysterious Whismur who was born with wings on it's back. When the Poliwag evolved later on, it was called "Poli H. "Warden" Wrath", and the Whismur became "Exploud E. Noisenberg". Poli's country, the Disunited State of Apolica, was in a very dark time, while Exploud's ability to control clouds allowed him to run his own place simpily called "Exploud's Cloudtop Country". When the ruler of Apolica fell ill later on, he asked Poli H. Wrath too take his place, having died the next day. As Apolica brightened with Poli H. Wrath's new imposements, he later met Noisenberg, but out of his own humor, he ripped Noisenberg's wings off, leaving him no more special than any other Exploud. This drove him into his full potential and he ordered his "Loudies" to kill Poli's parents. Warden's ninety-four cousins avenged them and killed Exploud's parents, and they entered a never-ending war that nobody who ever has battled Pokemon has ever experienced.

 

50 years later, Poli H. Wrath and Exploud E. Noisenberg have since changed, they have fallen only to long-time rivals, Warden has also gotten dumber. They now invite YOU to join the war that is now simpily an extravaganza where soldiers can design their own ways of fighting their foes in the fights that constantly start over goods, territory, or even just arguments.
